& Leadership TBL Organisational Development Scotland and UK Welcome to Oliver Crane's personal web page. This page has been developed to help you track me down! Starting out as Teambuilding and Leadership, running teambuilding and leadership courses from Croft-na-Caber, Kenmore on the banks of Loch Tay in Perthshire , the name has moved on to TBL Organisational Development Ltd. I am also proud to be part of the adjunct faculty at the Graduate School of Business, Strathclyde. Frequent visitors to Kenmore - moving from Croft-na-Caber to the Kenmore Hotel as our preferred venue - we now operate throughout the United Kingdom and overseas. The last few years as seen us with UK clients from Shetland to Plymouth. Our overseas portfolio includes the US, Romania, Turkey, most of Europe, Greece and Middle East.
