Welcome to Oliver Crane's personal web page.

This page has been developed to help you track me down!

Our organisation
Starting out in 1986 as Teambuilding and Leadership, running courses from Croft-na-Caber, Kenmore on the banks of Loch Tay in Perthshire , the name has moved on to TBL Organisational Development Ltd. (TBLOD).   This better captures the range of development activities in which we are involved. 

Visit the TBL the web site for details.  Looking at how the business has evolved since the start amazes me.  I am also proud to be part of the adjunct faculty at the Graduate School of Business, Strathclyde.

Still frequent visitors to Kenmore, we now operate throughout the United Kingdom and overseas.

The last few years as seen us with UK clients from Shetland to Plymouth. Our overseas portfolio includes the US, Romania, Turkey, most of Europe, Greece and the Middle East.
